Terms & Conditions

BOOKING POLICY:

Payment in full, or a minimum non-refundable deposit of 33% the total value of the appointment is required to hold your booking. 

RESCHEDULING POLICY: 

If something comes up and you have to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. 

Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time will be considered a missed appointment. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Missed appointments will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.

There are no refunds on appointment bookings, but you are more than welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or exchange for a gift card for the value of the appointment. 

COMPANION POLICY:

You are welcome to bring along adult friends or family members to your color appointments, even if they will not be getting their colors done. 

Guests are not allowed to observe Style Appointments due to the nature of class.

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, children who do not have an appointment scheduled are better off staying home. Exceptions and special accommodations can and will be made for nursing parents. 

MAKEUP RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Returns & exchanges of makeup unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging will be accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. For used lipsticks, liners & powder products, exchanges for another product in a similar category will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. No exchanges allowed on used mascaras or liquid lip products. Returns with proof of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. 

Quality issues will always be exchanged for the same product free of charge, and we appreciate if you share exactly what the issue is with the product so we can investigate!
